Open Sample Changer Setup, under the Collect tab in PXGEN++.

Enter the order in which to screen your crystals in the Sample Prorities box. | |
| Enter a 1 for each magazine position that contains a crystal. | |

| Select automatic sample loading. | |
|
| Apply the settings. | |
Open Collect Reference Images, under the Expert tab in PXGEN++.

Enter data collection parameters. |  |
| Press Collect .... to start data collection |  |
