Maximise Ion Chambers

There are two ion chambers on the collimator.	Aligning the X-ray beam and collimator is achieved by maximising the ion chamber readings. This should be done afer an SRS refill, then again about an hour later.
The SampleTableAll window on the OEMove page is used to optimise the ion chamber readings.
Optimise X-ray throughput by moving the table to increase the ion chamber reading.
