DIFFLAUE - Process Laue Difference Data - Method 2
Abstract
The program DIFFLAUE is used to prepare an MTZ file containing difference
Laue data scaled to a reference (e.g. monochromatic) set of data. It
would typically be used for preparing input for a difference Fourier
calculation for dynamic studies on protein structures etc. The two
Laue data sets are scaled together by the program. For each pair
of Laue measurements L1 and L2 a scale factor F(reference)/L1 is
calculated and applied to L1 and L2 thus normalising the data. DIFFLAUE
reads data from two .ge1 files and an MTZ file of reference data.
Data from individual images in a pack are not merged till the end of
the procedure. The output is an MTZ reflection data file.
Documentation
A user documentation file
is available in html format. The suite is distributed with a plain
text file equivalent.
Availability
The program is distributed as part of the
Laue Software Suite.
