AFSCALE - Scale films in a pack

Abstract

AFSCALE is a program used to scale integrated intensities between successive film images in a pack in order to obtain a single intensity value for each spot. For Laue diffraction images, the scaling is a wavelength dependent function which is modelled in AFSCALE using Victoreen coefficients. The program allows for the determination and refinement of these scaling coefficients and their application to give the scaled intensities for the spots. The program also makes 'lp' and obliquity corrections. The input files are .ge1/.ge2 files as used by the integration program and the output is a .afout file.

Documentation

A user documentation file is available in html format. The suite is distributed with a plain text file equivalent.

Availability

The program is distributed as part of the Laue Software Suite.
